This is the most tranquil place I've found in the Bahamas. The Outpost is right on the Atlantic, but has lots of shade. Later in the afternoon, the deck at the beach is also in the shade.

The stay at the Outpost Shack was quite charming. The property is very close to the airport and was easy to find. The Shack is a separate property of the main house, where Jim, the property owner lives. The beach is right there and was one of the best things about this place.
